We are pleased to offer a Silver Sunday Stroll around Stanley Park on Sunday 3 October 2021. Silver Sunday is a day of free, fun events for older people across the UK. It is about celebrating the older generation and changing the story around loneliness. You can find out more about Silver Sunday by visiting www.silversunday.org.uk

In Gosport we are offering a Silver Sunday Stroll around Stanley Park, starting and finishing at The Alverbank Country House Hotel, Stokes Bay Road, PO12 2QT. The stroll starts at 11.30am on the 3 October, and will take approximately 30 minutes. The walk concludes with tea, coffee and cake at The Alverbank Hotel, kindly funded by Gosport Borough Council. Places are limited to 30 people aged 55+ and must be booked in advance. The walk will be led by one of our fantastic Gosport Walking for Health Volunteer Walk Leaders.
