Richmond Fellowship Hampshire is a mental health charity supporting clients to re-gain independence in the community by empowering them to use and build their skills and interests. We are looking for a wide range of Peer volunteers who have the passion and understanding of mental health to support our clients on their journey.
Empowering clients to socialise within the community
Enabling clients to access support networks
Attending community groups/events
Working along side other Peer volunteers
Building self confidence
Supporting clients with new skills and interests
Sharing skills and hobbies
Reporting any concerns to coordinator or staff
Lived experience/good understanding of mental health
Facilitation skills (Desired but not essential)
Interests and hobbies (all welcome)
Passion for helping others
Basic organisation skills (Desired)
Able to work as a team and 1:1
- Willing to learn new skills
- Positive attitude
- DBS check required
