An extra Support Volunteer is required to help with an ambitious volunteering group who are working hard to improve their confidence, skills and self - esteem in Gosport. Community Spirit which has already taken on various volunteering challenges. 

If you are willing to take responsibility, to support people who face ongoing challenges in their lives and can help find potential opportunities for the group, we would be delighted to meet you.

Skills

We are looking for someone who has some practical skills, you don't have to be an expert but willing to have a go and support others to do the same. Someone who gets on well with people, who has the ability to listen and to give feedback and who has patience. You need to be confident when meeting new people and want to help people be the best they can in any situation. 

This is an opportunity to contribute to a developing group, and we will listen to your ideas, respect your point of view and most of all, we will really appreciate your support.
