Gosport Waterfront and Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document – Adoption
Further to the comments received on the draft Gosport Waterfront and Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) I can advise you that Gosport Borough Council has considered all the representations made. Consequently, the SPD as amended was adopted by the Council’s Economic Development Board on 14th March 2018 and the notice of adoption giving details of where the SPD can be viewed is attached for your information.

GOSPORT WATERFRONT AND TOWN CENTRE: SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT
In accordance with the above Regulations, Gosport Borough Council has adopted the Gosport Waterfront and Town Centre: Supplementary Planning Document.
The document provides further guidance to the Gosport Borough Local Plan 2011-2029 (October 2015) including Policy LP4 which relates to the Gosport Waterfront and Town Centre Regeneration Area.

The proposals in the adopted SPD came into effect on 14th March 2018. Any person aggrieved by the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD. An application for leave must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after 14th March 2018.
