There will be tables/space available for information, fliers and/or display materials

Informal networking and information sharing on each table until 1pm

Update on Hants & IOW’s changing landscape of health commissioning and service provision – from a Fareham, Gosport, IOW, Portsmouth and SE Hants CCGs perspective – Elizabeth Kerwood (Head of Communications and Engagement, Fareham & Gosport, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and South Eastern Hampshire CCGs)

30 min round the table group activity

What specific outputs does each member want from this network?
How do we keep the forum productive and meaningful?
Identify key themes for discussion (eg evidencing savings/impact measures, effective ways of finding non-clinical support, information governance…)?
How do we best share & access info/research and with “virtual” members?
How can we sustain the network and move things forward?
Which members could volunteer for the different roles as the network develops i.e. attend/represent at national meetings, identify new funding, PR and/or IT?
Review, suggest any improvements/agree updated Terms of Reference
