Making Connections In Gosport

Connect To Support Hampshire, is a website that connects people to support and places within communities to help them keep independent and well for longer.

On Friday 1st March, Gosport Voluntary Action were delighted to host Hampshire County Council for a free 1 hour interactive information session on using Connect to Support. There were 14 representatives attending from local groups and organisations and they were given a tour of the site, some practical examples and scenarios on how the website may be used, information on the new app and were able to pick up some new publicity materials. Connect to Support Hampshire also has a simple ‘Information Finder’ tool to find all the information and services, which are relevant to your needs, quickly and easily. You can then print or email the results!
