What are Ramblers Wellbeing Walks?

The Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Gosport project (formerly known as ‘Gosport Walking For Health’) leads a variety of walks in the borough of Gosport.  Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy the great outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. All the walks are free and accessible and you don’t need any special footwear or equipment.

Our walks are led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders and give local people the opportunity to:

  • walk at a pace they can manage
  • improve their fitness
  • enjoy the sociable company of others

Gosport’s Ramblers Wellbeing Walks last between 30 and 90 minutes and suit people of varied abilities.

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Gosport is an accredited walking scheme. For more information please visit the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Gosport website.
