Resolution Advice Service 

Gosport Voluntary Action and The Dispute Resolution Agency are collaborating to deliver a resolution advice service.        

The service is being held in person at the GVA office and you can meet with a dispute resolution professional who will help you understand your options to resolve your matter.                  

You can use this service for any conflict that you are experiencing, such as: 

• at home (for example between neighbours, landlords and tenants, property management companies, family members, wills and probate, elderly and vulnerable people care arrangements);  
• at work (for example between colleagues, during grievance processes, redundancy, and dismissal); and 
• with businesses (i.e. when you purchase goods or services as a consumer, or between businesses).  

The above are just a few examples. Our professionals can assist you with all types of conflict and we will help you navigate your options towards resolution with a view to avoiding court.  

You will have up to 30 minutes with a volunteer from The Dispute Resolution Agency. If you need assistance or to speak to a lawyer or other professional, we will advise you of this.  

The appointments need to be booked in advance and you can call The Dispute Resolution Agency team for help with completing your form on 03300 431 757 or email them via help@disputeresolutionagency.com.  

Upcoming sessions 

The in-person sessions have been booked for:  

• Thursday, 19 October 12pm-2pm  
• Thursday, 16 November, 12pm-2pm 
• Thursday, 14 December, 12pm-2pm 

If you cannot attend in-person or need to speak to an advisor urgently, you can access our remote advisory service. Our team will allocate you to one of our professionals who will call you.

We are proud to provide this service for free but encourage you to donate something to Gosport Voluntary Action if you can (all monies help keep everything running for you). Donating is not a pre-requisite to having an appointment so please only donate if you can afford to do so.
